I had a rough night because the comforter was super hot and heavy. that, there were no lighter options like cotton blankets or even towels to use. I ended up freezing under sheets, which was not fun at all!

We had a wonderful stay at the juraku. the location was fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and nearby attractions. the hotel felt brand new, with modern, clean facilities and spacious rooms, which is a rarity in japan. breakfast was a highlight, offering a great variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. the staff were welcoming, ensuring our check-in was seamless. we particularly enjoyed the afternoon juice offered to guests – a nice touch!

Nearby landmarks like Harborland and Chinatown offered family bonding opportunities. While access from JR Kobe station with luggage was tricky, the quiet environment and impressive views gave us a relaxing stay.

The bathroom air vent needed some cleaning, and we wished the TV had more English channels. I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel Juraku has a great location just a 5-minute stroll from Kobe station. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with a good mix of Kobe traditional dishes, including Akashiyaki. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a big bathtub.
